1.1 This standard specifies the details required for WHO participation in the VOSI consensus standards development of "Public Health" & "Public Safety" standards based solely on the needs of people world-wide.
1.2 This standard will eliminate the current double standard policy of product manufacturer’s that use a safe product domestically and export a hazardous version of the same product.
1.3 To substitute "humanistic capitalism" for the present profit-only based economic system of "capitalism.
1.4 To require that the WHO guidelines be used
as a minimum requirement by all WHO member nations.

3.2 Humanistic Capitalism – an economic system which puts the safety and health needs of people ahead of the "profit-only" motivation of capitalism. Products may not be marketed without evaluating their effect on the health and safety of people world-wide.
4. REQUIREMENTS FOR STANDARDS EVALUATION

Read "About VOSI" - research-based consensus standards development methods based on "Humanistic Capitalism"
4.3 Click on "Slip & Fall Standards" and "Public Safety" and review the approved standards for "Slip Resistant Walkways & Footwear". (Note: Falling is the leading cause of world-wide injuries; 60% of all falls are initiated by slipping).
4.4 Click on "Public Health" Standards – review current standards being developed for removing lead from candle wicks (V50.1) and removing mercury from vaccines and allowing people "freedom of choice" (V50.2). Review the research reports which establish the standard’s validity.
4.5 Click on "VOTE/COMMENTS" and complete the form. Click "Submit". Note:
Ballots will only be reviewed by the 3 VOSI chairmen of our "Public Health", "Public Safety" and "Forensic Engineering" committees.
4.6 All negative ballots must be resolved before any VOSI standard can be approved.
5. SIGNIFICANCE & USE
5.1 All WHO member nations must utilize the WHO
health guidelines as a minimum requirement.
5.2 All WHO member nations should reference any
VOSI public health standard which is in agreement with any WHO
5.3 Use of the standard will eliminate
double standards on product quality that may adversely effect
the health & safety of WHO member nations.
5.4 All products should be adequately evaluated for their health and safety effects on people before being released for market use.
5.5 This procedure will allow the substitution of a "Humanistic Capitalism" economic system and eliminate the present "profit-at-all-costs" basis of "Capitalism."
